We operate within sociotechnical systems that rely on effective interaction between human operators and technical components. This presentation introduces behavioral science concepts, trained to 1,600 airline pilots, to enhance the socio-subsystem’s capacity for resilience. By incorporating curriculum updates and microlearning opportunities, the training aims to strengthen team dynamics, elevate safety culture, improve risk mitigation strategies, and increase the effectiveness of current safety models, ultimately fostering more resilient systems.
