Shai is a seasoned aviation professional and safety advocate, having served in diverse senior leadership roles from pilot training and operations management, government and regulation, and most recently as Accountable Manager for Challenge Airlines.
He has a proven track record of leading change and growth, such as leading the restructuring of the Israeli CAA, or transforming the small local CAL Cargo Airlines into the multi-AOC global Challenge Group, and is now helping others make their dreams come true via his small consulting business.
Shai also serves on the Board of Governors of the Flight Safety Foundation.
