Safety culture may be thought of as the way in which safety is perceived, valued, and prioritized within an organization. This is not something that can be imposed by regulators. Measuring the presence and the extent of safety culture in an organization is challenging as it involves assessing intangible aspects such as values, beliefs, personal experiences, and attitudes. Our speaker will share his views on assessing safety culture from the regulator’s perspective.
