                                                    Guadalupe Cortés Obrero is a distinguished leader in aviation, specializing in human factors and organizational well-being. With over 27 years of experience, she is a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on the Human Dimension of the Single European Sky (CEGHD) and co-chairs EUROCONTROL's Human Factors Subgroup, leading initiatives to enhance safety and resilience. As the founder of ENAIRE’s Human Factors Department, she developed pioneering programs, including fatigue and stress risk management systems. Guadalupe also manages ENAIRE's Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) program while serving as an operational air traffic controller at Madrid ACC. Currently completing a PhD in Organizational Well-Being and Happiness at UAM, she is also accredited as a Chief Happiness Officer, as a Human Factors Specialist by EAAP and as a Crisis Intervention Instructor by ICISF. She holds an MSc in Human Factors in Aviation, an MBA in Aeronautical Management, and a Master's in Corporate Wellbeing.
