Luís Rodrigues, Chief Executive Officer of TAP Air Portugal since March 2023, and Chairman of the Board of TAP between March 2023 and July 2025, is an experienced manager with an extensive career in the aviation industry. He was Chairman and CEO of SATA, Azores Airlines & Air Açores between 2020 and April 2023, having previously held prominent roles at TAP between 2009 and 2014, as Executive Director, President of TAP Manutenção e Engenharia Brasil and Executive Director at SPdH - Serviços Portugueses de Handling, S.A. Between 2015 and 2019, he was Chairman of the Executive Committee of Nova School of Business & Economics, Nova Forum. He has also held leadership positions at Portugal Telecom and Fischer Portugal. Luís Rodrigues has a degree in Economics from Nova SBE, where he also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), as well as the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 2003.
