Madam KOKI has dedicated 35 years to serving the aviation community. She graduated as a civil aviation engineer from the National Civil Aviation School (ENAC) in Toulouse, France, in 1988, where she also obtained her private pilot license. Her career began in Cameroon in 1989 within the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where she first served as an engineer in the Service for Navigation and Air Transport, later becoming the Deputy Head of this Service from 1990 to 1994. In 1994, Madam KOKI joined ASECNA, the air navigation services provider in Cameroon, where she held the position of Head of the Air Navigation Department for two years. From 1996 to 2008, she worked with the United Nations System in various locations and capacities, as well as in aviation consultancy services. Upon returning to Cameroon, she established the country's first approved training organization as the Head of Training. In 2012, Madam KOKI joined the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) as Director of Aviation Safety. Over the next four years, she coordinated all safety oversight activities in Cameroon’s aviation industry and played a pivotal role in achieving the regional targets for effective implementation of the critical elements. In December 2015, Madam KOKI was appointed Director General of the CCAA. Over the past eight years, she has spearheaded the development of civil aviation in Cameroon. Her notable achievements include reorganizing the aviation security system, operationalizing the Cameroon CAA Training School, and establishing safety-intelligence mechanisms to strengthen oversight. Madam KOKI has actively participated in numerous working groups and panels within ICAO, AFCAC, and other international organizations. She has significant experience in conducting high-level ICAO meetings, serving as President of the 14th Air Navigation Conference, 2nd Vice-President of the Technical Commission at the 39th ICAO Assembly, 1st Vice-President of the Administrative Commission at the 40th ICAO Assembly, and 1st Vice-President of the 3rd ICAO Conference on Aviation and Alternative Fuels. She chaired the AFI Planning and Implementation Regional Group (APIRG).
