Dr. Wendy A. Okolo is an aerospace engineering researcher and Research Area Lead within the Intelligent Systems Division at NASA Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley.

A recognized expert in aviation safety, her work focuses on advancing predictive safety for crewed and uncrewed aircraft in the U.S. national airspace. Dr. Okolo has held pivotal leadership roles in major NASA initiatives, serving as Associate Project Manager for the System-Wide Safety Project and directing research in commercial operations safety for the Air Traffic Management and Safety Project.
