Jason Bok is the Vice President, Head Quality & Safety at ST Engineering Commercial Aerospace, overseeing the Quality and Safety function for global Business Units. Jason started his career as an engineer with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). He worked in various leadership and staff roles managing RSAF platforms and operations. His passion to integrate systems thinking, quality and safety management drives his relentless efforts to "build-in" quality and safety management into operational systems. Over the years, Jason brought the same passion into various commercial roles like delivering simulation solutions at CAE and as the Head of Aircraft Completion Centre & MRO for Airbus Helicopters (South-East Asia).
