Born in March,1972,Graduated in 1993, Mr. Sun holds a bachelor’s degree in Synoptic Dynamics from Lanzhou University. Mr. Sun firstly became a meteorological coordinator at the Meteorology Center of Air Traffic Control Center of North China Regional Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), then moved on to leading the Division of Planning and Development at North China Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau (NCATMB). Mr. Sun also oversaw the Division of Strategic Development, and assumed the position of deputy director of Air Traffic Control Center at NCATMB. From 2017 to 2020, Mr. Sun assumed the role of deputy director of the Taskforce for Operations Preparation for Beijing Daxing International Airport project. During which time, Mr. Sun was awarded the 3rd Prize for the 17th National Modern Innovation Achievements In Corporate Management for transport (2018); Acknowledged Excellent Individual in Construction and Operations Preparation for Beijing Daxing International Airport (2020); And 1st Prize for the 18th National Modern Innovation Achievements In Corporate Management for transport (2020). Mr. Sun was appointed deputy director of Human Resources Division of Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB) of CAAC in 2023 and shouldered until today.
