Dr Man Wang is a Senior Technical Fellow and the Chief Designer of Hydrogen-powered Aircraft of COMAC Beijing Aircraft Technology Research Institute（BATRI）. She was awarded a PhD from the University of Cambridge. She was previously employed by Rolls-Royce plc as a Senior Stress Engineer, then by Chongqing Skyrizon Aero-Engines Co., Ltd. as the Chief Designer. Her areas of expertise include: design and development of aero-engines, aircraft power and propulsion systems research, and new energy powered aircraft technology research. She has been selected in the National High-level Talent Program, awarded a State Council Special Allowance Expert, and recognized as a "Expert with Outstanding Contributions" by the state.
