Lye Teck oversees Changi Airport Group’s aviation safety and aviation security functions, airport rescue & fire fighting and cybersecurity.
In the Changi Airport Group (CAG), he was previously EVP, Airport Management until December 2022, overall in charge of all aspects of airport management & operations, customer experience, IT, safety and security. Before CAG, he was in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), in technical and management roles including in air traffic management, IT, air cargo, airworthiness & flight operations, safety investigations, airport management, commercial and airport development. He was Deputy Director-General of CAAS before joining CAG when CAG was formed in July 2009.
Lye Teck has an aeronautical engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC), France, and a master’s degree in management from Stanford University.
