An experienced pilot, Chris has been involved in pilot training and management for over 20 years, in an aviation career spanning more than 35 years. During his career, he has led the operations and training departments at several airlines, where he was instrumental in the introduction of innovative training concepts such as AQP, EBT and MPL. In his current role, he is responsible for the Policy, Learning Strategy and Training Quality of CAE’s Commercial Aviation Training solutions. A former CAT Magazine Pioneer award winner, Chris holds a master’s degree in aviation management and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
