Mr. Cai Qi previously served as Vice President of China Southern Airlines’ Shanghai Branch, Senior Vice President of the airline’ s Heilongjiang Branch, and Vice President of the airline’s Shenzhen Branch. Since January 2025, he has been the Chief Safety Officer of the airline and Senior Vice President of Safety Supervision Division, China Southern Air Holding Company. Mr. Cai graduated from Beihang University with a major in Aircraft Operation. He is also a qualified Level 2 (Intermediate) pilot.
