Mr. Benjamin Lopez (JAY) has been with INAEC Aviation Corporation for the last 18 years. In his capacity as President, he spearheaded INAEC’s entry into the Philippine oil and gas industry as the helicopter service provider for local and foreign operators. Over the years, INAEC has expanded its AOC operation certifications in charter transport and medevac flights, to MRO, FBO and ATO services.

INAEC’s passion for safety under Mr. Lopez’s leadership is demonstrated by its adoption of international best practices both in the oil and gas industry and in the general and business aviation industry. He chairs the company’s Safety Review Board and works closely with industry, regulators and academe to advocate for a strong organizational safety culture.

With a journey that began in 2018, as the first Chairman for the Philippine Chapter of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) and formerly on the Board of Governors, INAEC is the only Philippine operator with a Stage 3 certification from the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) for its International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (ISBAO). This year, in 2025, INAEC also is the only Philippine ground-handling operator to have secured its Stage 2 Certification for the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (ISBAH).

Mr. Lopez obtained his B.A.degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in 1992 and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management. In 2023, he completed the Harvard Business School’s OPM program.
