Oliver (Ollie) Chamberlain is overall responsible for Fan Blade Singapore, which is the lead facility to produce the patented hollow titanium Wide Chord Fan Blade for Rolls-Royce globally. In this role, Ollie leads an organisation of over 200 people including skilled technicians and engineers, running a high-value manufacturing operation. Ollie is also the accountable person for Health and Safety for the Rolls-Royce Seletar campus.

Prior to this, Ollie led the manufacturing operations for a complex machining and fabrication facility for Rolls-Royce in the UK. He had also worked in various roles in
manufacturing and customer facing projects, including health and safety; quality improvements; and engineering.

Ollie joined Rolls-Royce as a craft apprentice in 2000. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Operations Excellence.

Ollie is married with three daughters. He is a fitness and aviation enthusiast.
