Developed for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, it serves as a takeoff and landing site for electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOLs), often referred to as “flying cars.”

As a symbol of future transportation, the vertiport showcases advanced air mobility technologies and offers visitors a glimpse into the next generation of urban travel. Located along Osaka Bay, it also provides an attractive waterfront setting and a unique Expo-related experience.
