Hyson is currently serving as Junior Vice President of the Corporate Safety & Security Division at EVA Air, has been engaged in aviation safety management, incident investigation, emergency response, flight data analysis, and system development since 2022. He joined EVA Air’s Engineering & Maintenance Division in 1995, where he accumulated extensive experience in maintenance program, engineering, and reliability management. He also served as a core member of the new generation maintenance system project team, leading process design, data migration, interface development, and application implementation, ensuring the system’s successful launch and stable operation.
