Ms. Randolph is the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Acting Director for the Asia-Pacific Region and also serves as the Senior Representative for Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for promoting U.S. interests advancing civil aviation safety and efficiency in the Asia-Pacific Region. She leads a staff of fifteen people located in offices in Beijing, New Delhi, Tokyo, Singapore and Washington, DC. Her office acts as a liaison to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). She also leads the agency’s bilateral and multilateral efforts for the geographic area that includes the countries of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam.

Prior to her appointment, she was the manager of the FAA’s NextGen International Office, leading the efforts in global harmonization and interoperability of NextGen and other international air traffic modernization programs. In this role, she served as a key point-of-contact on international matters in the Office of NextGen (ANG), including the Asia-Pacific, providing essential oversight, guidance, and coordination of policy related to the ANG International Strategy.

Previously, Ms. Randolph held positions related to international strategy, harmonization, and business management programs. She was detailed as a Foreign Affairs Specialist with the AsiaPacific Office in FAA’s Office of International Affairs, where she managed the Southeast Asia portfolio to implement FAA’s International Strategy, working closely with FAA program offices, other U.S. entities, ICAO representatives, industry, and foreign civil aviation authorities. Prior to joining the FAA, Ms. Randolph was a Special Advisor to the Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Energy, and previously practiced as an environmental attorney where she advised private developers and corporate clients on a wide array of environmental issues.

Ms. Randolph earned a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) and Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University. She is admitted to the Florida, District of Columbia, and U.S. Supreme Court Bars. She is also a licensed U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
