Duangtawan (Wan) Pinpimai is an expert (director level) at AEROTHAI. Her expertise is in safety management. Since pioneering the implementation of AEROTHAI’s Safety Management System (SMS) in 2005, Wan has remained the driving force behind its continuity, currently leading the organization's safety risk assessment and continuous improvement strategies. She frequently represents AEROTHAI in prominent international aviation forums, including ICAO and CANSO safety workgroups. Passionate about the intersection of organizational behavior and operational safety, her core areas of interest include Safety Culture and Human Factors. Wan holds an MS in Aeronautical Science (Aviation Safety) from Embry-Riddle, a BS from Carnegie Mellon University. She earned her FAA Private Pilot Certificate in 2003.
