Ed joined Willis in 2020 and is an important member of the Willis insurance client servicing and broking team. In his role he focuses on negotiating, placing and servicing complex insurance programmes for numerous major airlines in Asia. Ed’s extensive knowledge and expertise in the placement of Aviation risks incorporates the analysis of airline safety performance and risk management. He was an attendee on behalf of Willis to the IATA World Safety & Operations Conference (WSOC) in Hanoi in 2023 and advises our clients on how to manage and improve their risk management and the presentation of their data to insurers to help positively influence the outcome of their insurance programme renewals. Ed was part of the Willis team supporting Air India following the recent accident involving AI 171 in 2025 and has experience with other common reinsurance claims.
