Captain Zoya Agarwal is a pioneering Boeing 777 commander and global advocate for women’s empowerment in aviation and STEM. She has broken multiple barriers, including becoming the youngest woman to command a Boeing 777 and leading the all-women crew on India’s longest commercial flight over the North Pole during the Vande Bharat mission. A UN Women Generation Equality ally, 15-time TED speaker, and mentor to young women worldwide, she is the first Indian woman featured in the San Francisco aviation museum. Through her nonprofits UdanPari and FlyGirlZ, she works to empower and prepare the next generation of the aviation workforce.
