Ingrid Lagarrigue holds a Master in International Business Law (Assas University, Paris), an LLM in Air & Space Law (McGill University, Montreal), an LLM in American Law (George Washington University, Washington DC) and an MBA in International Strategy from Solvay Business School in Brussels. She speaks fluent French, English, German and has good working knowledge of Mandarin.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, working with the French Embassy in Washington DC for the Transport Councillor on aviation safety as well as with August and Debouzy Law firm (Paris) on Galileo liability and intellectual property issues for the European Commission. She worked for Air EuroSafe (European Economic Grouping belonging to UKCAA International Services, SENASA, Bureau Veritas and TUV Rheinland) for 8 years; where, amongst others, she worked on the structuring and staffing of the EASA. For the last 17 years she has been working for Enersys, the world largest industrial battery manufacturer, heading the aircraft department for the EMEA and APAC regions.
