From Insight to Impact: Embedding Safety in Every Decision

Every advancement in aviation safety begins with insight — but lasting improvement comes from turning insight into action. The Business Aviation Safety Summit (BASS) invites the global business aviation community to share proven practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches that help embed safety into everyday decisions.

Safety is shaped by the decisions made every day by pilots, maintenance professionals, cabin crews, dispatchers, FBOs, fueling personnel, trainers, manufacturers, regulators, and organizational leaders. We welcome presentations that demonstrate how individuals and organizations are strengthening safety through collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

We are seeking presentations that demonstrate what has been shown to work. Proposals should be grounded in operational experience and supported by data or measurable outcomes and should provide practical takeaways that attendees can implement within their own organizations.

We welcome submissions representing every sector of business aviation, including flight operations, maintenance, cabin safety, airport and ground operations, FBOs, fueling, manufacturers, training organizations, regulators, technology providers, and emerging aviation sectors. Presentations may be selected for live or pre-recorded delivery, and some submitters may be invited to participate in panel discussions with complementary presenters. Presentation lengths may vary from 20 minutes to 45 minutes for featured speakers.
