Yolanda Portillo is Head of the Network Manager Operations Centre (Eurocontrol) since May2023 after acting as Head of the ATFCM /ASM division at Enaire (Spanish ANSP) for 4 years. She is an expert in civil/military coordination, and Airspace Management, including all phases of the operation. Her expertise in ATFCM includes the implementation of new Flow Management procedures and tools and the integration/synchronization between ASM and ATFCM. She is air traffic controller, aeronautical engineer and MSc by research in Trajectory Based Operations by Cranfield University (UK).
