I currently serve as Captain/TRE/CRM trainer with Norwegian Air Shuttle were I started in 2010. I have previously held positions as Training manager and served on the Board of Directors at different Swedish Airlines. I started my instructor career in the mid 1990s and I’ve spent 20 years as an examiner for the Swedish CAA. My experience as instructor and examiner has sparked a strong interest in how our brains work under stress. To explore this, I studied Human Factors and related fields at the University of Lund and University of Tromso, focusing on psychological resilience and its important role in mental health.

Co A key moment for me was meeting an aviation psychologist, which changed how I view mental health and preventive measures.

I now lecture on resilience, stress, the neuroscience of stress responses and preventive measures aiming to contribute to flight safety and crew wellbeing. I would be honored to share my insights at the Flight Safety Forum.
