CANCELLATION FEES:

Cancellation by the Delegate - The following cancellation policy applies to all Delegates, including those wanting to cancel due to Visa issues. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizer at:  events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply if cancellation notice is received during these time frames:

3.b.1 On or before August 15, 2025 – Refund, minus a 15% administrative

3.b.2 August 13 - September 23, 2025 – Refund, minus a 25% administrative fee per registration.

3.b.3 September 24, 2025, and onwards - No refund available.

Substitutions are welcome at any time. Any substitutions must be submitted to events@flightsafety.org.
