Participants will be guided to have more in-depth discussions on their SSPs/SMSs and ANSP’s reporting systems (in particular voluntaryreporting systems) managed by participants’ organisations; strategies to encourage open reporting culture; and case study to demonstrate various just culture models as follows:
- Why are voluntary reports and reporting systems important in upholding our SSP/SMSs?
- How may various models (e.g. James Reason, FAiR3 etc.) support reporting systems?
- What are the benefits or challenges faced by States or service providers? How to further build trust and encourage use of such systems?
