This Interactive panel revisits 5 core elements of Safety Culture covered in Day 1 and Day 2 and identifies the “people” and “process” enablers for continuous improvement of each element. Panelists will share regional Safety Culture approaches to overcome cultural and organizational barriers and discuss examples of effective attitudes and behaviors.
