Michelle is the Principal for Global Regulatory and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Strategy, who leads the development of the ICAO regional strategy for the Boeing enterprise in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Since joining Boeing in 2021, Michelle has contributed to the region through bilateral engagements with regulators in the region and her leadership in safety advocacy at the ICAO Asia and Pacific Regional Office, where she co-chairs the ICAO Asia Pacific Regional Aviation Safety Plan Working Group. Michelle's strong communication skills have earned her invitations to speak on a range of safety topics at regional conferences, TEDx at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and she was featured in Boeing’s Voice of Safety series in 2022.
