With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, including a background in CNS engineering and safety management, Sereima Bolanavatu has played a crucial role in enhancing aviation safety in Fiji. She was instrumental in the review of Fiji's State Safety Programme. Notably, and spearheaded the development of the Fiji National Aviation Safety Plan (NASP), which is scheduled for publication in the first quarter of 2025. She is currently the Executive Manager Standards & Compliance with the CAA Fiji.
