Head of ATC Safety Research Institute of Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC), Director of Air Traffic Control Department, winner of the title of Young Scientific and Technological Talent in Transportation of Ministry of Transportation and Communications, member of the first batch of safety management expert pool of civil aviation air traffic control system, expert in the field of air traffic control of CAAC Science and Technology Planning for 2035, instructor of Civil Aviation Safety Office of CAAC for safety management of civil aviation, and expert of the Airport Construction Committee of Sichuan General Aviation Investment and Management Company Limited. Mainly engaged in the research of air traffic management, ATC safety management, ATC information processing and other directions. Has presided over more than 30 research projects, published 5 academic monographs and more than 50 papers, and drafted 8 industry regulations and standards. Won the second and third prizes of Civil Aviation Science and Technology Award of China Air Transport Association, and the first "Innovative Talent Award" of Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China.
