Dr. Yuanyang Gao, Professor and the Director of General Aviation Industry Research Center of Beihang University, also plays roles as the vice chairman of General Aviation Branch of the China Communication and Transportation Association, AAM Advisory Group Member of International Coordinating Council of Aerospace Industries Associations (CCAIA), and was the visiting scholar of University of California Berkeley. He has participated in the investigation and drafting of national major general aviation policies and standards, undertaken some national-level general aviation research projects and the general aviation development master plans of more than 50 Chinese provinces and cities. He also hosted multiple international and domestic general aviation forums, delivered keynote speeches on some aviation summits, and is interviewed frequently by domestic and foreign aviation media.
