His total flight time is about 18,800 hours in A330, A350, B757, B767, B777, B747 and SAAB340. He obtained bachelor's degree from Beihang University, and MBA degree from Seattle City University. He is the member of IATA IOSA Oversight Group, visiting professor of Civil Aviation Management Institute of China. He won the first prize for Scientific and Technological Progress Award from the Chinese Aeronautical Society in 2023 as the first complete person, the second prize for Scientific and Technological Progress Award from the China Transportation Association in 2024.
