Jenny Ann Urban is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for NATA, the leading association representing the business interests of general aviation service companies on legislative and regulatory matters at the federal level. In this role, Jenny Ann monitors executive branch agency activities and represents the association at industry and government meetings, hearings, and events, as well as plays a crucial role in advancing NATA’s mission and advocacy efforts through industry engagement, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Jenny Ann joined NATA in 2024 as the Managing Director of Air Charter and Maintenance. Prior to joining NATA, Jenny Ann was a Manager of Transport and Logistics at PwC Middle East. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, she advised high-level government executives on regulations and compliance, air traffic development, government affairs, legislative drafting, cybersecurity, data privacy, and new mobility throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Jenny Ann has also previously served as Director of Aviation Relations and Compliance for a biometric technology platform, a crisis management consultant, and an associate at the international law firms of Cozen O’Connor and K&L Gates LLP in Washington DC, New York, and South Carolina. She counseled clients, including major U.S. and foreign passenger and cargo airlines, trade associations, airports, aircraft equipment manufacturers, and other aviation industry participants on compliance with laws, policies, and regulations. Additionally, she advised clients within the maritime, cybersecurity, energy, technology, and manufacturing industries.

Jenny Ann is an internationally acclaimed public speaker, an award-winning aviation author, and a 2019 Airport Business Top 40 Under 40 honoree.
