Patrick Moylan is an aviation safety expert currently serving as Chief Safety and Quality Officer at West Star Aviation, a leading Part 145 Repair Station. His previous aviation safety roles include Vice President of Safety at Jet East, Global; Director of Health, Safety, and Environmental at Signature Flight Support, Safety Management Consultant at FBO Partners, LLC., and Safety Management Analyst at the FAA’s Office of System Safety and later at the Aviation Research Division within the FAA’s Office of NextGen. His operational management experience includes positions as General Manager at Signature Flight Support-BWI and Operations Manager at Superior Aviation, a Part 135 cargo airline. His professional accreditations include Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, Accredited IS-BAH Auditor, and Executive Education Graduate of the Duke Leadership Program (DLP). Mr. Moylan is a veteran of the US Marine Corps, where he served on active duty as an air traffic controller. Mr. Moylan earned his BA and MBA in Integrative Management at Michigan State University.
