VENUE

The following cancellation policy applies to all Delegates. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizer at: events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply if cancellation notice is received during these time frames:

  1. On or Before March 4, 2026 – Refund, minus a 7% processing fee.
  2. March 5 – April 4, 2026 – Refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  3. April 5, 2026  and onwards - no refund available.
    Attendee substitutions are welcome at any time and you may do this within the registration portal.  If you need assistance, contact: events@flightsafety.org.

LETTER OF INVITATION - Attendees requiring a letter of invitation to attend the event are requested to email events@flightsafety.org as soon as possible after registering with any required information. Anyone requesting a letter will be required to pay for the event in full before a letter will be issued.


VISA DISCLAIMER - The Organizer is not responsible for the approval or denial of any visa application. All registration fees remain subject to the cancellation policy and are non-refundable in the event a visa is denied, delayed, or not approved for any reason, including where a letter of invitation has been issued.
