- If you would like to check in before 4:00 PM, please coordinate directly with the hotel. You may be required to pay a half-day rate.
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- If you would like to have a late check-out, please make this request when making your reservation, which will be subject to availability and applicable rates.

- City Tax: A city tax (not included in the rates above) in the amount of € 4,00, per guest and per night, will be charged. The tax on overnight stays is applied to guests over the age of 13, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay and will be charged upon check-in. Any changes on the amount of the tax will be applied accordingly.
- Booking Payment Conditions: all reservations require a valid credit card. The reservation will only be guaranteed upon advance full payment via the hotel booking link.
- Booking Cancellations: until 14 days before the arrival date, 1 night will be charged only and the remaining payment refunded. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the total amount of the stay.

There are two associated plug types, C and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and type F has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Portugal operates on 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. It is recommended to take a universal adapter if you are going to use electrical appliances from other countries.

Portugal is generally a safe country for tourists, with low rates of violent crime. However, petty theft like pickpocketing and bag snatching are common in tourist areas, especially on public transport. To stay safe, be aware of your surroundings, avoid flashing valuables, and take precautions against petty theft.

Belém Tower
