Cancellation by the Organizer - In the event of a cancellation by the Organizer, the Delegate shall be entitled to reimbursement of any payment made to the Organizer. In the event of a postponement or relocation, the Delegate is entitled to recover any payment already made to the Organizer in case it decides to cancel its participation. Neither the Organizer nor its employees, local managers or agents shall have any liability to the Delegate in case the Event is cancelled, postponed or relocated due to circumstances outside the Organizer’s control (Force Majeure) including but not limited to war, fire, storm, explosion, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, pandemic, embargo, civil unrest, legal proceedings or government regulations that make it impossible or impractical for the Organizer in its absolute discretion to hold the Event.
Cancellation by the Delegate - The following cancellation policy applies to all Delegates. All cancellations must be initiated by the Delegate by logging into the registration platform and canceling your registration. If you need assistance, contact the Organizer at: events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties apply if cancellation notice is received during these time frames:
- On or Before May 19, 2024 – Refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per registration.
- May 20 and onwards – no refund available.
