Weather
The Vancouver weather in November is mild and pleasant for late autumn in Canada, featuring daytime highs of 9°C to 11°C (48°F to 52°F) and overnight lows dropping to 3°C to 5°C (37°F to 41°F). There will be rain around the region and you’ll need a waterproof jacket.
Electric Power
