This Panel will share their challenges and success stories about leading by example and modeling behaviors that build trust and sustain a just culture. This session will engage with the audience to identify leadership behaviors, norms and values which promote a reporting culture and shift mindsets from “who is to blame” to “how did the overall system enable this to occur”.
