Ms Yamani CHAN is in charge of Strategic Safety Office of Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department. With decades of experiences in ICAO Annexes, she now drives the implementation of Hong Kong Aviation Safety Programme and USOAP CMA coordinations. Keen on collaboration, continuous learning and improvement, she proudly serves in the regional forum as a Co-Lead of an SSP/SMS implementation Group under the ICAO Asia-Pacific Regional Aviation Safety Plan (AP-RASP) since 2021, and recently in 2024, the global forum as a newly appointed Adviser to the China Member of the ICAO Safety Management Panel.
