The following cancellation policy applies to all Sponsors. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organiser at: events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply if cancellation notice is received during these time frames:

  • On or before May 14, 2025 – Refund, minus a $250 administrative fee

  • Between May 15 and June 14, 2025 – Refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.

  • June 15, 2025, and onwards – no refund available, and not transferrable to any future events unless previously agreed upon.
