CANCELLATION FEES:

    1. Cancellation by the Delegate - Flight Safety Foundation understands the last-minute nature of aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. A processing fee will be charged for all cancellations according to the schedule below.

The following cancellation policy applies to all Delegates. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizer at:  events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply if cancellation notice is received during these time frames:

      1. On or Before September 14, 2026 – Refund, minus a 7% processing fee.
      2. September 15 – October 19, 2026 – Refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
      3. October 20, 2026 and onwards - no refund available.

Attendee substitutions are welcome at any time and you may do this within the registration portal.  If you need assistance, contact: events@flightsafety.org.
