EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizer at: events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply for any cancellations:
- On or before April 29, 2026: Refund, less a 50% administrative fee
- On or before May 31, 2026: Refund, less a 75% cancellation fee
- June 1, 2026: No refund will be given on or after this date. Payment cannot be used for any future events.
Exhibitors who do not attend the summit and have not sent an email cancellation to events@flightsafety.org by the deadline, will forfeit the entire exhibitor fee.
