SPONSOR CANCELLATION | View the complete Terms & Conditions here.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizer at:  events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply for any cancellations:

  • On or before April 29, 2026:  Refund, less a 50% administrative fee
  •  On or before May 31, 2026: Refund, less a 75% cancellation fee
  • June 1, 2026: No refund will be given on or after this date. Payment cannot be used for any future events.
