The theme honors the past, embraces a forward-thinking approach, and focuses on communication strategies and future safety advancements in the entire business aviation ecosystem.
The information you submit will allow the Event Organizing Committee to select presentations that are the most relevant for the BASS 2025 theme. Please be mindful we are looking for presentations that encompass all facets of safety business aviation including the flight deck, maintainers, cabin crew, FBOs, and fueling.

The Event Organizing Committee will only consider submissions received using this form.

Please submit this form by 5:00 PM ET on January 15, 2025.

All submissions will be reviewed independently by a team of reviewers. The outcome of the selection process will be communicated by February 10, 2025.

If selected, your PowerPoint presentation must be received no later than April 9, 2025.

BASS will be held in Charlotte, NC on May 6 & 7, 2025.
