All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizer at:  events@flightsafety.org. The following penalties will apply for any cancellations:

  •  On or before February 5, 2025:  Refund, less a 15% administration fee
  •  February 6 - March 5, 2025: Refund, less a 50% administration fee
  •  March 6 - April 5, 2025: Refund, less a 75% administration fee
  •  April 6, 2025 and forward:  No refund will be given on or after this date. Payment cannot be used for any future events.
